When you contact us, place an order, or join our mailing list, we collect only the information needed to respond, fulfil your order, and improve our service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, and order history.

We do not sell your personal information. We share order information only with trusted delivery and payment partners where necessary to complete your purchase. You can ask us to access, update, or remove your information at any time by emailing hello@aurabotique.com.

Shipping & returns

Ready-to-wear orders within Kathmandu Valley are normally dispatched within one to two working days. Delivery timing outside the Valley depends on the destination and courier service. Preorder and made-to-order pieces show their estimated lead time before purchase.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within seven days of delivery when unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags. Bespoke, altered, sale, and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Please contact us before sending a return so we can help.

Sizing & alterations

Each product includes its closest standard sizing. Our team can advise on fit before ordering and offers alterations for select pieces purchased through Aura Botique. Bring your piece to the Thamel studio or write to us with your measurements.
